Aspirin Mask for your Acne

http://projectasilia.files.wordpress.com/2009/10/aspirin.jpgAspirin tablets, which have acetysalicyclic acid has been proven to dry out acne and eliminate inflammation. Also, aspirin is totally inexpensive. But Aspirin was proven to be a blood thinner when taken orally. But don't worry, in this process, you won't be taking the Aspirin orally. Instead, you will coat your face using aspirin and honey, or aloe vera/aloe vera gel instead.

How to do the aspirin mask?

It's easy as pie. You will be needing. 2-5 tablets of aspirin (available everywhere), water, container and Honey (to create a paste) or aloe vera.

I prefer to use Aspirin mask with Honey, because Honey was proven to heal the skin.

Procedure:

Start of with a clear skin canvass.

Crush 2 aspiring tablets and mix with a drop of water and a drop of Honey. Evenly coat your face  and please avoid the eye area.  Gently rub the aspirin granules on your face, this will help exfoliate your skin and remove dead skin cells responsible for clogging sebum in the pores, which cause pimples in the first place.

Then leave on for 10 minutes. Then rinse with cool water. By doing so you're not just clearing out your face, but also helps in the whitening process.

It's advisable to use Aspirin mask once or twice a week. You don't want your skin to be dependent on the aspirin mask. If irritation occurs ... consult your doctor and stop using aspirin mask.
